Adrian T. Montgomery
Chairman and Interim CEO
Adrian T. Montgomery has been a senior officer and director of several public and private companies in the fields of media, sports and entertainment, finance and industrial services. Most recently, he served as president and CEO of one of Canada’s premier sports and entertainment organizations. He is the former president of Tuckamore Capital Management, a conglomerate with over $700 million of annual revenue, and was also the former CEO of QM Environmental, one of Canada’s largest contracting companies. Mr. Montgomery has been active in the political process throughout his career and has served as a political advisor to Leaders at all levels of government. Mr. Montgomery is also a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Graham Marr

Graham Marr participates in all aspects of Bridging Finance’s private investment management activities, including the origination, evaluation and monitoring of investments, as well as operations. Prior to joining Bridging Finance, Graham worked in KPMG’s Transactions and Advisory practice in the areas of restructuring, corporate finance and due diligence services. Graham is a Chartered Accountant and is a CFA Charterholder. Graham is a graduate of the HBA program at the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.

Roman Kocur
DIRECTOR
Roman Kocur has a background in C-level leadership, M&A, business strategy and business development. During his career, he has completed over 100 acquisitions, led teams of 2,000 across Canada and the U.S, and has been involved in numerous industry consolidations, turn-arounds, start-ups, IPOs and capital market equity and debt transactions. From 2012 to 2016, Roman served as Regional President at FirstService Corporation (FSV) – the largest property management firm in the world. From 2003 to 2012, he held a variety of positions at FSV including SVP, Strategy & Corporate Development. Prior to joining FSV, he spent five years at Geac Computer Corporation Limited, one of the largest technology companies in Canada, where he served as Director, Global M&A, Director, Global Financial Planning & Analysis and Group Controller, North America. Mr. Kocur, a licensed CPA, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
James Lowe
Director
James Lowe founded and operates Cloud 9 Support, LLC, a horticulture supply firm. Mr. Lowe co-founded and served as President of Cultivation for MJardin from 2014 to 2017, while scaling it to be one of the largest advisory cannabis cultivators in the world. In 2015, he co-founded and still serves as managing partner for Potco, LLC, a medical marijuana dispensary and cultivation brand, and in 2016 founded and owns 100% of Next1 Labs, currently the largest provider of high terpene/live resin oils in the state of Colorado. In addition to the foregoing, Mr. Lowe has been employed as head of cultivation for Cannabis for Health, and as a cultivation advisor to LightShade Labs.
Lorne M. Sugarman

Lorne Sugarman is currently a principal at KES 7 Capital Inc and Executive Chairman of Wellpoint Health. He was previously the CEO of Wellpoint for a period of six years, and prior to that, he was a Managing Director, Investment Banking at GMP Securities, one of Canada’s largest independent investment banks, where he also served as a member of the firm’s operating committee and board observer for Edgestone Capital Partners, GMP’s private equity subsidiary. Mr. Sugarman has experience in a broad range of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and public and private financings for many of Canada’s leading non-resource companies. Mr. Sugarman began his career with Deloitte & Touche as an audit practitioner and subsequently worked with Deloitte Consulting providing strategic advice to international clients in both Canada and the United States. Mr. Sugarman holds an MBA from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Western Ontario and is a member of the body of Ontario’s Chartered Professional Accountants.
